Chests and Entities not spawning correctly with the data structure block.

This is a reupload of the other bug I reported.

When loading in structures like igloos, end cities, etc. The structure always spawns just fine. But the entities don't spawn and chests don't have loot in them. I am wanting to make a map with these structures that you have to loot to survive, but I can't access the lootpools. The brewing stand on the end city loads in correctly but everything else doesn't. This is a more detailed version of my previous report that I reported yesterday.
