Boat shoots arrows? The quantum skeleton.

This boat is shooting arrows. it killed the panda that was in the boat when approached by a player. It then killed the player. The death message read: "PrisonBurrito was killed by Arrow." The boat seems to track players from a 10 block range and fire an arrow about every second. A third person arrived and deemed the boat a threat and destroyed it immediately. (I was very upset). No skeleton came out. The arrows stopped. Replacing the boat produced a peaceful, aquatic vessel.

What I expected to happen was...:
The boat would remain peaceful.

What actually happened was...:
The boat became hostile and fired arrows at players.

Steps to Reproduce:
Leave a boat with a panda in it in a dark, shaded area for several months in a regularly loaded area.
