Bugs in old - world wold

When i playing minecraft , i was playing in "old" world.

The bug is, you cant jump on the edge of world, Also, I can't go ashore when I'm underwater on the edge of the world. Well... I like to play in "old" world because to make less lagging on my phone, i hope mojang can fix this bug. Thanks
