Game crashing when I craft,

I have noticed in the past week that sometimes when I craft things, the game will crash, I was using optifine 1.16.2 and I switched over to vanilla 1.16.3.

 

And then it happened again, I have the crash report file here, it all seems to be the same and I don't know how to fix this, thank you for reading.
