Enchanting GUI Bug

This is a Minecraft Java Addition bug tested for 1.16.2 and 1.16.3

The highlight of enchantment options within the enchantment table GUI does not line up with the tooltip for the option. If the cursor is placed between two options, The above option will be highlighted, but the below option's tooltip will be displayed. If this is preformed at the bottom of the third enchantment option, it will be highlighted, but no tooltip will show. The highlight triggers are misaligned 1 pixels down.

This could also be the tooltip triggers being misaligned 1 pixels up. This is because If the cursor is placed at the top of the first option, the tooltip will show without an option being highlighted.
