Minecraft Realms Isn't Working

I've been playing Minecraft Realms with a friend for a while now. Last night, we were playing and it suddenly threw me off the map. Since then, every time I try to open Minecraft Realms it says there is an invalid session and that I have to restart Minecraft. What do i do?
