I´m stuck in the loading screen, since I tried to install an own Texturepack

First 1.16 worked properly, but then I made an own texturepack with paint.net and put it in the recourcepacks folder, but when I tried starting the game it crashed at the loading screen. So I deleted the Texturepack, but it still didn´t work. I tried restartig my PC and reinstalled Minecraft, and I´m still stuck in the loading screen.
