it wont let me get minecraft java

my minecraft is not downloading it says An error occurred while placing order, please verify credit card info and try again and its keeps taking 1 cent every time i try to get it again i have tried multiple times to get it i really want it but i will have to stick to my xbox for now on minecraft if you can update me that would be wonderful ph 0460744662
