Location Launcher issues.

I have bee trying all day to find the cause, but in South Africa where I am located in I am not receiving 1.16.3. I have a realm and I would really like to be able to play on my realm but I can't because I am stuck on 1.16.2. I have found that no-one in South Africa has received the update and we would all like to be able to play on the latest release as well as access our realms.
