item sprites sometimes wont render when droped.

on both versions 1.16.3 and 1.16.2 there is a cliet side bug causing seemingly random items to not render sprites when thrown with q or droped from blocks/mobs. i have not encountered anyone with a similar issue. it apears to happen both on servers and singleplayer worlds and is incredibly frusturating
