Trouble loading digital version on Xbox one

Loading from the Xbox one home screen I get, unable to connect to Realms.

The only way I can access the game is by going back to the Xbox one home screen, then exit the game, then reload the game from there this fixes it, till next time, when I have to go through the same precedure again
