Skins not showing in game.

When I join in game, whether it is multiplayer or singleplayer the minecraft skins will not show up. Everyone always has an Alex or Steve skin. I would like this fixed please, I know it's not a huge issue, but it is still an issue and I hope it is fixable! This seems to be happening on all versions, I have no idea why. I have tried restarting my computer, re downloading the minecraft launcher, and yet they are both ineffective. I'm using a PC/Windows 10. Please fix this as soon as possible, and have a wonderful day!
