I can't log in

I buy user mincraft today from my phone becuse i can't log in to Mincraft.net it not give me at all I want Fix this it been like 3 weeks this doing that it not normal stuff and i try join to discord and ask for help no one answer there so... I want you fix this because I can't use my account to play with him it not fair at all fix this pls 

And it say this on every User i try to check fix this quick pls and thanks
