When using custom model data tag it overrides other model data

To reproduce this bug you need to

1. Get some sort of resourcepack base

2. create a .json file with a custom model data override

3. give yourself that item with a custom model data tags that is similar to the one stated in the 

.json

The video shows that it actually will override other custom model data
