Libraryload Error 87

the launcher loads fine and is fully functional all game files download but once the launcher closes and the game tries to open the error message pops up

I have already looked online at normal ways to fix the Error 87 and nothing has worked

attempted uninstalling and reinstalling minecraft, rolling back as well as updating drivers, and everything else on https://windowsreport.com/fix-error-87-parameter-incorrect/

 

i have not been able to play for a few weeks now and using previous versions doesn't work either
