1.16.3 wont update

As of 10.10.20 going to patch 1.16.3 i am unable to download to this patch and stuck on 1.16.2 and unable to join minecraft realms with my friends that have got 1.16.3 iv uninstalled it reinstalled it several times and repaired the files and still wont update to 1.1.6.3
