Fire animation is showing on invisible mobs

I gave a invisibility effect on a Zombie using a splash potion. The zombie is invizible but the fire animation is showing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon an invisible zombie that's on fire by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:zombie ~1 ~ ~1 {Fire:999,active_effects:[{duration:-1,amplifier:0b,id:"minecraft:invisibility"}]}
