Village structures savanna_library_1, snowy_masons_house_1, and taiga_library_1 have workstations that are inaccessible for villagers

Since ~~MC-97799~~ is WAI, these structures should have one more block without a carpet behind the entrance, to keep the carpet and to make the structure accessible by villagers.
