The blocks at the bottom of the wells in savanna_meeting_point_3 are asymmetrically rotated

The bug

savanna_meeting_point_3 is a structure consisting of two small wells connected by a small shelter. These small wells contain only one block of water. At the bottom of these wells are blocks of acacia wood. One of them is rotated to the X axis, while the other is rotated to the Y axis. Because both wells are symmetrical except for the rotation of these logs, it can be assumed that this is a mistake.

How to reproduce

(based off of MC-199173.)

1. Run the command:

   /place template minecraft:village/savanna/town_centers/savanna_meeting_point_3

2. Open your F3 debug menu.
3. Look at the blocks of acacia wood at the bottom of the wells; you'll notice how one of them shows "axis: x" under the Targeted Block section of the debug menu, and the other shows "axis: y".
