Duplicating Lilly Pads while driving a boat

If you place a lilly pad while driving a boat it gets duplicated. (it wile place 2 lilly pads)

Steps to reproduce

• Ride a boat at full speed
• Hold some lily pads in your hand
• Place the lily pads in front of the boat
• The boat will run over the lily pads and destroy some
• Some lily pads will go into the inventory, some will sink to the bottom of the ocean
