My End Portal Crashes my game, help fix?

I just Recently started making a sand duper for a build where I needed lots of concrete

I left my game running too long and now theirs too many entities in the end that i can not join back in the end. everything else in my in game progress is fine just not my end. it just crashes from entering then freezes then goes crashing. then goes back to launcher
