I cant move stuff through my inventory easy, I need this to be fixed.

When I click on a item it doesn't do anything, and I have to click and drag it, and I just hate it, i really need this to be fixed, I did everything that I could to fix it including restarting my pc and relogging in to Minecraft, I would really love it to be fixed. Help.
