Soul speed gives no knockback

I haven't tested it very much but when a player has soul speed on his boots then he doesn't take knockback at all. This also applies when another player is jump critting them.

I only tested this when my friend had soul speed III on netherrite boots, so sorry about the lack of testing on this bug.
