Fast walk with shift, without speed potion

hi someone . . ?
in the video, you can see how fast i build without stopping, and then do it again, but with a stop and loss of speed . i guess it won't be difficult to see the difference in speed . this working on creative and survival game mode .
i guess speed effect just still with me of my enchanted boots . is this a bug?
