Unexpected error the game has stopped working minecraft

I've been trying to enter minecraft for over a month, but I always get the aforementioned error. Unfortunately, I have not found any solution to the problem. I already tried to reinstall the game, the drivers, absolutely everything. I wrote to mojand support and they have not given me any response.
