Ominous Banners that are placed then mined display how they were made.

If a raider/patrol captain drops an Ominous Banner, and that banner is placed down then Mined, it will display the loom patterns used to create the banner.

 

How To Reproduce

1. Kill a Raid Captain, you will notice the banner is working as usual.
2. Place the Banner on the ground and break it.

Expected Result: The banner drops itself, keeping it's original form.

 

Actual Result: The banner displays how it was made on a loom instead of displaying nothing.

 

It may be a minor visual bug, but it can be really annoying when the text clogs up the entire inventory screen.
