Minecraft server Loggin issue

Every time i try to log on to a server it just says "invalid sesion(try to restart the game in the launcher)" and it stil doesn't work even though i restarted the game multiple times. i even restarted my computer and changed the wifi i was conected with but it still doesn't work.
