IGN isn't taken on NameMC but cannot change into that specific IGN

I had the name iResub and I wish to buy a new account with that IGN but when we tried to change into that IGN of 'iResub' its taken and it's a glitch since I had a dupe account of iResub and Mojang deleted it I think and I would like to have the name iResub on a fresh account with the dupe taken away if needed. this has been an issue for a few days and need to be noticed by Mojang. Also at one point it said it wasn't taken and we tried changing it but it took us to a verification of Bank Details but whenever we went back it says it was taken and it happened again a few hours later and since then haven't tried to get the IGN. Please fix this bug
