I can't see the rain, but it gets cloudy

In a single world it did not load the rain (the drops) but if it made the effect of raining (clouds, wet, etc), I use mods and optifine (shaders) and I thought that was the problem

I tried with nothing, a completely clean minecraft, and it still did not work, the strange thing is that it only happens in that world, the others even with mods the rain was charging them, there I did not understand what to do
