Help me My minecraft account is on a dead email and the account is not secured

Hello my name is kevin, ive had minecraft for 7 years. my account was put on a gmx account by my dad at the time. i have no clue what the password is for it or even how to get to it. i cant change my email to anything new because my account isnt secured. Please help me
