Invisible unwalkable block

When mining & placing dirt blocks very rarely an invisible and unwalkable block gets created in the place that a block of dirt has been dug.  You can't walk into it, and if you walk on top of it you don't fall through it.  You can only just barely vibrate yourself off the top of the block, similar to moving through spiderweb.
