Skin Problem

This is a repost of an old post I made also titled "Skin Problem." This isn't meant to be a spam post. I only reposted because I was told by a mod to see if I could recreate this issue without modifications or resource packs. I did. I didn't know whether to comment on the mod's comment or to repost, so I did both. I know this isn't a serious issue so please take your time before you get to this issue.
