"location_check" predicates don't work near world border

The bug

I was testing a predicate and realized that after 29999875 in whatever direction in a world the predicate stops working.

How to reproduce

1. Create new world and add the datapack
2. Type /reload followed by /function report:testing
3. Press the buttons on the command blocks to see the bug in action
   (there should be an apple in the center of the barrel, add one if there isn't)
