Account doesn't connect or game crashes

I play on minecraft on xbox and switch but when I try log into my account on the switch it will be fine sometimes and sometimes crashes the game and the switch with it and doesn't log me in or show the friends dedicated servers. It also affects closing the game and then turns off my switch or freezes it.
