Glitchy on an Acer computer

Hi,
The other day I downloaded Minecraft 1.16.2 version on my Acer laptop. I I set everything up and started a new world. It was extremely glitchy and terrible. I stayed in the world for about 20 more minutes to see if it would clear up and not be as glitchy but nothing happend. Just now I deleted it and then got it back to see if that would help, and it didn't. I am very disappointed because I spent my money on an app that doesn't even work. Now, you're probably thinking that is my laptop, like it's broken or damaged. It is not. I got the laptop not even 3 months ago.  I would appreciate it if you could see this and take a look at fixing it.
