Tree doesn't show breaking animation while breaking it

What I expected to happen was...:
The Oak Log should show the breaking animation, and break

What actually happened was...:
The Oak log didn't show the breaking animation, and broke

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a map in Minecraft 1.16.2 with seed -24248161444403606
2. go to -113 69 -210
3. break the first 2 logs, look up and break the third one(the animation will show in some positions, but sometimes it will just no show up)
