When a dispenser containing both glass bottles and honey bottles is used on a beehive/nest, it occasionally and inconsistently ejects previously filled honey bottles, instead of filling new bottles

So, when the dispenser only has glass bottles, it fills creates new honey bottles just fine. However, on subsequent activations, if the previously filled honey bottles were not taken out, it either creates new honey or ejects those honey bottles.

 

What I expect:

It should consistently prioritize turning glass bottles into honey bottles, instead of randomly choosing between bottling and ejecting, until all of its storage spots are filled.
