Concrete Powder Glitch

Whenever concrete powder falls, depending on the color, it briefly becomes either a mossy cobblestone block, mossy cobblestone stair, or a diorite stair during its fall animation. 

Different colors have different rotations of the previously mentioned blocks. Attached is what happens with the pink concrete powder and the red concrete powder.
