Water Particles In Water Flow

I was putting water at my farm to make sure the plants were irrigated.
Placing them in a single file line for inf water source.

What really happened is that i placed on water source then another water source in the flow of the first water source and it made a particle of breaking the water block.

To trigger the bug you make a long strip for water place one source block then place another source block in the flow of the water for the particles
