Made me pay twice and didnt even get game

I went to buy the Java version as i have the Bedrock Version already. As i went to buy it my page had to be refreshed twice and as i went to buy it i was notified that it went through twice. I went to check the launcher to see if i got it and to my discovery, it didnt.
