Some village structures in cold biomes generate snow layers where they cannot fall naturally

This issue contains screenshots taken in the same village as MC-198004 - the seed and coordinates can be found there.

Snow can be found beneath overhangs in these village structures, despite the fact that snow could never actually generate there naturally. This snow should probably be removed.
