1.16.2 recipe crafting crash

Ever since the 1.16.2 update I have been crashing when using the Minecraft recipe crafting upon closing my inventory. It's happened 4 times now and only happened during recipe crafting. I have been trying to replicate the crash to see for sure it's the crafting but I don't know. I have attached the latest crash report and will continue to try and replicate it again.

I noticed someone else reported an issue similar to mine
