The world does not burden me

First, this world was created on a server because it was to play with friends, but then I went offline because no one connected, the problem is that chunks don't load me, and I don't know what to do.

steps: I went to the end to look for elitras, I found them and going to look for more they stopped loading me chunks (in my mind it was normal, my pc is slow), I go to nothing and I bugeo without being able to do anything, I put the /gamerule keepinventory true and it killed me, after that I couldn't do anything

 

PS: I did not downgrade and it's version 1.16.1 but it won't let me put it
