Shift+Right-clicking any log with axe in hand and blocks in offhand

Shift+Right-clicking any log with axe in hand and blocks in offhand

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected that I would place the block in my offhand

What actually happened was...:
My axe stripped the log

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place log
2. hold axe
3. hold blocks in offhand
4. shift+right click on the log
