Extremely laggy and slow tittle screen when not connected to WiFi

When I log into Minecraft when I'm not connected to WiFi the Minecraft the tittle screen is slow and laggy the settings screen and profile are too and it's not until I load a world when i can actually play, this only happens when im playing offline or with data
