(Failed to dynamically load library for versions 1.14 and newer) and (java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError for versions 1.13 to 1.13.2)

I just bought Minecraft today and when attempting to launch the game from the Minecraft Launcher the game crashes. I have repeatedly attempted to restart the game, I have also made attempts to create new installations trying different versions of the game all of which have failed for versions 1.13 and newer. There also seems to be two different problems because when attempting to start the versions 1.13 to 1.13.2 the game presents a different crash message. The older versions seem to work fine for now. Upon some later research, I found that the issue may have to do with my name since I have a special character (ö, a letter in the Swedish alphabet). Would really appreciate the help as soon as possible.
