Some folders in and datapack folder structures are inconsistently named between singular and plural

While datapack/data/namespace/advancements, loot_tables, recipes, structures, tags and worldgen/noise_settings are named plural, dimension, dimension_type and all sub-folders in worldgen except noise_settings are named singular.

With the exception of processor_list, which should not be plural.
