touchscreen mode on a non touchscreen computer causes buggy mouse behaviour

Steps to reproduce:

• Switch touchscreen mode to on
• Attempt to drag items across inventory, shift-click, or hold-drag items

Non of these will work, and you have to hold an item and then drag instead of just clicking on it to pick it up.
