Loading structure with hopper powered with redstone wire on top creates ghost blocks

Steps to reproduce:

1. Put hopper and power it with redstone wire on top
2. Create a structure that econpasses the whole contraption (don't have to include the power source)
3. load the structure in the new place - you can't see the loaded hopper
   Placing a block where the hopper was will make the hopper reappear
