Baby Zombie/Zombie Piglins Suffocate When Climbing 1x1 Hole

Baby Zombies/Zombie Piglins are able to pass through 1x1 holes without suffocating. However, if they jump up one block up and the above step is also a 1x1 hole, their head hitbox seems to briefly clip into the block above and they take damage.
